A villa needs far more looking after than an apartment: a private pool, a garden on an irrigation system, terraces and a roof that take the full force of the winter rain. When you spend part of the year abroad, the months the villa stands empty are when most problems start.
ATRIA looks after villas and villa developments in Kyrenia, Esentepe and the surrounding area, so the house is ready and working when you arrive.
What we take care of
Pool
Water testing and balancing, filter and pump checks through the season, and proper closing and reopening at either end of it.
Garden and irrigation
Lawn, tree and plant care, pruning and irrigation checks, with watering adjusted through the hottest months.
Maintenance and repairs
Electrics, plumbing, air conditioning, solar water heaters and water tanks are checked. Small repairs are arranged with your approval and reported when finished.
While you are away
Regular inspections for damp, leaks, electrics, security, and storm damage to the roof and outside of the house, with a photo report after every visit.
Keys and arrival
Keys are held securely and every visit is logged. Before you arrive, the house can be cleaned, aired and the pool made ready.
