What is included
Scheduled inspections
We visit on a schedule you choose and work through a checklist covering damp, leaks, electrics, doors and windows, the outside of the building and the garden, with photos after every visit.
Maintenance and repairs
Cleaning, garden and pool care, technical maintenance and small repairs are arranged with trusted tradespeople. You approve costs first and receive photos when the work is done.
Keys
Keys are held securely and every visit by a tradesperson, cleaner or tenant is controlled and logged.
Bills
We keep an eye on utility bills so nothing is disconnected while you are away.
Tenants
For let properties, we handle move-ins and move-outs with photographed inventories and coordinate tenant requests during the tenancy.
Emergencies
After a storm, flood or breakdown, we get to the property, arrange the right help and tell you straight away.
