About ATRIA

ATRIA manages residential sites, apartment blocks, villa developments and individual homes across the Kyrenia region of North Cyprus.

Our name comes from the atrium, the open courtyard at the heart of a Roman house. It was the space everyone shared, and the way it was kept set the tone for the whole home. The communal areas of a modern development play the same role today, and keeping them well run is at the centre of what we do.

How we work

One point of contact

Owners do not have to chase the cleaner, the pool technician, the gardener and the electrician separately. Everything goes through us, and we follow it through to the end.

Planned maintenance

We work to a yearly maintenance calendar rather than waiting for things to break. It costs less in the long run and keeps properties in good condition.

Transparency

Work carried out, costs and planned maintenance are shared in regular reports. Service charges and expenses are tracked in our own management software, so owners can check their account online.

English and Turkish

Many owners in North Cyprus live abroad. Notices, reports and day-to-day communication are available in English as well as Turkish.

Where we work

We are based in Kyrenia and cover Karakum, Çatalköy, Ozanköy, Bellapais, Esentepe, Karaoğlanoğlu, Alsancak and Lapta.
